36 weeks pregnant, am I have real or False Labor Pain?

Im 36 weeks pregnant and I have been having lots of BH contractions for a couple weeks now and today they are getting stronger, painfull and more often I have more then 5 in a hour. I have also been having a lot more discharge ( sorry if tmi) I dont go to the Dr till friday... do u think this could be real labor or just bh again?
