Rate Team.... Then give me improvements / trades / advice?

I like the fact you have Chipper Jones with another 3rd basemen because when he's healthy he's the man but injuries have plagued him the last few years. I'd drop Teahan and pick up a starter and alternate Mathews with Chipper depending on whether Chipper is playing that day or if you need a category Mathews has that would better your team to win a category.
