Relationship of Trigonometric and Quadratic functions?

I have a formula f(x) = (x - 5)^2 + 2 and I have two equations... g(x) = 5cosx and h(x)= tanx. I would like to find the x coordinates when g(x) intersects f(x) and h(x) intersects f(x) and arranging them in ascending order, I would like to find the difference between them the lowest 2 x coordinates and the highest 2 x coordinates... What are they? ;] Can you do it? First person to get it earns 10 points!
