Can Someone Help Me Interpret This Dream?

Okay, Last week or so I was talking to a good friend of mine. He seemed to be upset about something, so we started talking and he said he had a dream that worried him. I asked him to tell me and he, with much anticipation, said that he dreamed about me. My friend said that he dreamed that we were just talking and spending time together and then suddenly he in his dream asked me to be with him. He told me that I rejected him and he woke up. We decided to talk about it and he said that he didn't know what it meant and that he didn't think he wanted a relationship at the moment since I'm dating someone else and he feels he's not ready to date again. My friend is older than me and he means a lot to me, the guy I'm with can be a jerk and my friend's always making sure I'm okay and watching out for me...So any thoughts?
