Who is the best point guard in the NBA today?

I like Deron Williams, but I think Rose will steadily over take him. Rose is more of a versatile point guard; he is extremely athletic,clutch, and the focal point of the team. Rose demands attention, and I think will develop into a powerhouse offensively. Give it a year or two.
