Am I bad because I cheat?

I think it is fighting against my nature as a man to resist new adventures with other females. Back in the day and even in some cultures around the world being promiscuous is tolerated. So if I provide for my family love my woman like she is everything to me on this earth, but choose to experience other flavors while I am in a relationship should not make me a bad person. If a man is faithful to his woman and beats her every second of the day, does that make him a good man? Whatever happened to what you don't know won't hurt you? I think as long as my woman is happy and feels love, then I should be good to go in enjoying various sensations from other females as long as I dont let it interfer with what I feel at home or for my main chick...any thoughts??? By the way I think this is a ploy by women to trap men into being what they want or see us to be, why can't we be what we were in the past men who took care of our women but pick strawberries from different trees instead of just one?
