Washington, D.C. (AHN) - Irish Prime Minister Bertie Ahern was on Capitol Hill where he spoke before a joint session of Congress on Wednesday. Ahern, who recently announced his resignation as Ireland's prime minister, asked lawmakers to consider granting amnesty to all illegal Irish immigrants living in the United States.
