Will this motherboard work with this processor, fan and ram?

From what i found the RAM and Mobo are NOT compatible unless your planning to OC and if you are make sure you know EXACTLY what your doing otherwise you could destroy everything you just bought if i were you i would just get 2 sets of 2x2gb ram and save your self some money
