Dogs and Strokes???

My 6 year old German Shepherd died suddnely this morning. Yesterday we had a wonderful day we took a walk and played in the yard with my new Golden retriever pup. She was not only fine she appeared to be in better shape than she has been in a long time. Let me explain a few things... Rosie had a blood disorder it caused her to have a thyroid disorder as well. I got her from a breeder who was no longer interested in her as she couldn't get pregnant because of the blood disorder. She gave her to me and said there was nothing wrong with her she just couldn't pregnant and was narrow backed and hard to keep weight on. I didn't care she couldn't show or breed I just wanted a companion and someone to watch my kids in the yard (fenced) Anyway... She drank to much water to fast and then cahsed the pizza man and fell twisting her gut and got bloat. The breeder and i took her to the vet cause she was still in her name and we found out all about her medical problems and hitory then. The breeder
