Financial aid problem?

have been in school (college) for a year now I receive financial aid. But I failed one cl and now the school has it where my next cl is the cl that I failed. But they say that I have to pay for that cl out of pocket. Although my financial aid is suppose to disburse at the end of this month for my next set of cles. I have terrible credit and I have no clue what to do. I have tried to call financial aid office and they are suppose to call me back. Does anyone have any suggestions or places where I can get a loan for this with bad credit and no co-signer. And could someone let me know if I really have to pay out of pocket since I have financial aid disbursing. My cl is suppose to start on Monday and they say it has to be paid before I can start. They just let me know this today
