Is it possible that i have Bronchitis?

Hi it is possible that you have a pneumonia. Your symptoms sound more like a pneumonia. You can have a cough and restricted airways but the chest pains makes me think of pneumonia. It would be best to go see your doctor and get a chest x-ray and some lab work done. Good Luck.
