More than just friends?? why would he lie about his friend's gender to me?

yeah i mean i give me guy friend gifts nd he gives me gifts... but we r like besties so if ur dude/girl just met this dude like a year or a couple months ago then its a lil weird. i knew my friend for 10 yrs.. we both r 15 now
