What the H is going on with my sirius radio?

I have a pioneer head unit with the sirius connect box. I purchased these both around christmas.. I paid for a years subscription got the sirius. Now i am recieving no music at all. It just has the word sirius scrolling on the display. I've called both sirius and pioneer and they both act like they really dont want to help me. I've disconnected the box and reconnected it and still the same thing. and might i add i can not change the channels it is stuck on channel 20. even when i disconnect the power from the radio. Am i the only one not getting to listen to my expensive sirius sat radio? Seems like stuff like this always happens to me ha..
