What video software allows you to "beep" our cursing?

MAGIX movie edit pro, theres a few different versions, i have 11, its cheap, you could probably even get the older ones for free on the internet, its a good program, easy to use, lots of features. even with windows movie maker you can pause the movie where you want to insert an arrow, then there should be a "TAKE PICTURE" on or something along those lines. save the image, open it in "paint" or something, draw in your arrow, and then put the picture back into the movie. and for BEEPS, just find the sound file for the BEEP noise and you should be able to import it into the video with even the lowest quality of video editing software.
