Please help!! Hotdog stuck inside me!?

I was masturbating with a frozen corn dog, it thawed out and all the batter came off the corn dog, the hotdog part of it broke off inside me and is still there along with all the other bits of batter. I can't get it out! The hotdog part is really slippery! What do I do!!
